Vicente Romano III has extensive experience in technology and marketing. He is a certified Blue Ocean Strategy facilitator.
He was formerly the Undersecretary for Planning and Promotions of the Philippine Department of Tourism. He was also the alternate Vice Chairman of the Philippine Civil Aeronautic Board and Vice Chairman of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority.
He was recently involved in developing a feasibility study for a startup LCC operation where he contributed in crafting the marketing strategy and regulatory compliance requirements.
